1. The service

RampCheck tests publicly reachable web pages for accessibility defects using automated testing (axe-core) against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA. The free scan covers up to 3 pages; the full audit covers up to 50 pages of the same website, found by following links from the address you give.

2. What the service is not

Automated testing detects only part of the accessibility requirements. A report is not a certificate of conformance with the European Accessibility Act, the BFSG, EN 301 549 or any other law or standard, and it is not legal advice. Scores are indicative.

3. Your responsibility

Only submit websites you are allowed to have tested, such as your own or a client’s. We only load publicly accessible pages and we respect robots.txt.

4. Ordering and payment

The full audit is sold by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC (merchant of record), which processes payment and charges VAT where applicable. The price is shown before you buy.

5. Delivery

The report is usually ready within 15 minutes and is available at a private link for 12 months. Keep the link private — anyone who has it can view the report.

6. Refunds

If your full audit fails to complete, or no report is available within 48 hours, you get a full refund. Write to the email address in our legal notice, or reply to your receipt.

7. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit concerned. We are not liable for decisions made by authorities or third parties about your website.

8. Governing law

Danish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
